Clinical status

Visible inflammation and postoperative wound exudate consistent with anal gland infection in a dog prior to treatment with PLASMO®VET.

POSTOPERATIVE ANAL GLAND INFECTION

Week 1

After 2 days of treatment.

Method

Treatment with PLASMO®VET 3 minutes, three times on day 1 post-surgery, followed by a single 3-minute treatment the next morning.

Clinical outcome

No observable signs of discomfort after initial treatment.

Wounds appeared dry the following day.

Normal progression of wound healing by day 3.
